Hot Potatoes

For dinner I was determined to have steak, but had no clue on what my side dish was going to be.  After rummaging through the fridge, I decided on roasted potatoes.  Looked on pinterest for a recipe, the one I had my heart on was banned.  With that being sad I decided to make my own concoction.


I took about four red potatoes, and cut them up.  Then I put them in a large plastic bag, and added one tablespoon of olive oil, one/fourth teaspoon of sea salt, one teaspoon of red pepper flakes, and a dash of pepper.


Shook the bag for a while (arm workout!!!) untill everything was covered.  Then placed them on a baking sheet, and popped them in the oven for about twenty to twenty five minutes at 450 degrees.

Yummy!  Dinner is served.
